THE ROLE
We are seeking travel enthusiasts who are passionate about customer service for our depot in Malaga. Reporting to the Branch Operations Manager, as a Support and Cleaning Staff Member, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring our fleet of campervans is maintained to the highest standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Thoroughly clean vehicle interiors and exteriors in accordance with company standards and client specifications;
- Prepare and equip vans prior to each booking;
- Conduct inspections and maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions;
- Move and park vans, as well as provide airport pickups for clients;
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all equipment and consumables at the depot;
- Deliver and collect vehicles for repairs and maintenance, or transport vehicles to designated locations.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A valid Driver's license with the ability to operate a van;
- Physical capability to meet the demands of the role, including walking, bending, and standing for extended periods;
- Previous experience in vehicle preparation for rental or dealership (preferred);
- A keen eye for cleanliness and detail;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Immediate availability and flexibility for part-time shifts from late morning to early afternoon.
