About the Role

As a key member of our Johnson Controls team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and maintenance solutions to our customers across the Munster and Leinster regions. Your expertise in industrial refrigeration will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' HVACR systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site surveys, record and report on works completed, and identify actions needed for quoting new or replacement equipment.
  • Perform servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of HVACR equipment, as well as preventative maintenance of various types of HVACR systems.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical service issues, resolving complex systems within set timeframes and according to defined processes, service agreements, and customer needs.
  • Provide technical coaching to team members and coordinate their on-site work activities.
  • Ensure Health and Safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years' experience in the industrial refrigeration industry.
  • F-GAS 2079 Card, Safe Pass Card, and Manual Handling Certificate.
  • Relevant qualifications and certificates (City & Guilds).
  • Clean EU Driving License.
  • Ability to speak fluent English.
  • Qualified to a minimum of NVQ II.
  • Previous experience in commissioning, service, repair, and maintenance.
  • Ammonia experience is a distinct advantage.
  • Capable of working without detailed procedures and with limited supervision.
