Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team as a Test Engineer Lead. As a key member of our Enterprise MPN product and solution lab, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and functionality of our products, from development to deployment, working closely with diverse high-performing teams in agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify defects, risks, and dependencies, and proactively work with stakeholders to resolve and mitigate any issues.
  • Design robust testing strategies, execute comprehensive test plans, and generate clear reports on quality status to ensure our projects move forward efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing of products and solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on quality assurance best practices and testing methodologies.

Requirements

  • Quality Assurance & Test Management/Delivery experience in the software or telecom industry, industrial applications, or similar.
  • Experience in infrastructure testing on physical labs with equipment such as servers, firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Experience in network/security, such as server management, Linux basics, comfortable using CLI & Shell commands.
  • Experience with network tools, such as Wireshark, nmap, or other tools, and performance tools, such as Ixia, Smartbits.
  • Experience in scaled agile framework (SAFe) or other agile methodologies, SAFe/Agile tools, such as Jira, Confluence.
