About the Role:

Careerxtra is seeking a highly skilled Travel Booking Agent to join our team. As a Travel Booking Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring each interaction results in a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate solutions using available tools and resources
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer issues
  • Focus on delivering a seamless and efficient experience that drives overall customer satisfaction
  • Uphold empathy, understanding, and excellent listening skills as key values when representing the client's brand

Requirements:

  • Fluent Danish spoken and written
  • Fluent in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Excellent customer service, written, verbal, and organisational skills
  • Familiarity with computer technology and devices
  • Motivated and positive individual
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong multitasking, keyboarding, and active listening skills
