Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Spain. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new customer projects, building relationships with decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new customer projects and create relationships with decision-makers in the assigned sales region.
  • Expand and maintain the sales pipeline, supported by sales partners and pre-sales consultants.
  • Oversee the sales cycles of projects and ensure systematic work on follow-up tasks.
  • Support channel partners in winning projects through direct touch.
  • Contribute to precise forecasting and expansion of the CRM pipeline through expertise and systematic work.
  • Monitor the market and positioning of the Hornetsecurity Group, and identify opportunities to differentiate from competitors.

Requirements

  • Solid IT knowledge through education, academic studies, or comparable qualification, ideally in the area of IT security or cloud services.
  • At least 5 years of experience in direct or indirect sales of complex products in the B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present competently and confidently to partners and customers in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
  • Ability to motivate oneself with successes and pursue quarterly goals with passion.
  • Organizational talent, with the ability to set priorities in favor of the Hornetsecurity Group.
  • Excellent time management skills and high levels of autonomy and self-direction.
  • High willingness to travel.
