Job Title: Key Account Manager New Business - Protime Spain

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Spain. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to grow our New Business portfolio in close collaboration with our existing Spanish colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert new sales leads into customers
  • Collaborate with Spanish colleagues and partners to drive growth
  • Analyze market trends to uncover new opportunities
  • Set sales goals and work with the Sales Director on strategic plans
  • Partner with internal teams to meet market demands

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an agile environment
  • Experience in sales (SaaS or HRIS is a plus)
  • Experience in HR software across key functions: workforce planning, payroll management, time tracking and attendance systems
  • Strong drive, lots of energy, enthusiastic, persistent, sharp focus on your goals, great motivation and a true relationship builder
  • Fluent in Spanish, basic Catalan and good knowledge of English
