Mastercontrol and Learning Management System Specialist

This role is with Thermo Fisher Scientific, a leading global company and a member of Mygwork, the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our exceptional team in Europe as a Mastercontrol and Learning Management System Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Maintain E-Learning Content: Create and publish e-learning materials for customer service agents, ensuring they meet the approved EU process.
- Mastercontrol Management: Act as the gatekeeper for Mastercontrol, responsible for uploading, archiving, and maintaining accurate document versions.
- Task Assignment and Management: Craft monthly assignment tasks in line with the agreed rollout plan and ensure all documents are assigned according to the training captured in the local skills matrix.
- Agent Onboarding and Training: Maintain Mastercontrol with leavers and starters by crafting/removing agents' job codes, roles, and training assignments.
- E-Learning Development and Maintenance: Build and maintain relevant e-learning materials in English and local languages, using agreed software and style formats.
- LMS System Management: Work with collaborators to maintain the LMS system (currently TFU), ensuring e-learning materials are up-to-date and providing training instructions for agents and supervisors.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop relevant reports to show learning assignments completed/outstanding, meeting country restrictions, and share with management teams to track progress.
- Compliance and Audit Support: Support course development and maintenance, ensuring appropriate materials are available for agents in KM Pro or as e-learning uploaded in Mastercontrol.
- Knowledge Management: Support the creation of articles, FAQs, decision trees, and quick links in KM Pro, working within guidelines and style guides.
- Language Support: Translate relevant materials into local languages as needed.
- Customer Service Experience: 2 years of validated experience in a customer services environment.
- Content Creation: Ability to write clear training content on technical subjects.
- Presentation Skills: Presentation skills to meet all learning styles.
- Process Improvement: Experienced in process improvement.
- QMS Experience: Previous QMS experience, such as Mastercontrol.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in local language (dependent on recruitment location) and English.
- Positive Attitude: Positive, 'can-do' demeanor.
- Self-Sufficiency: Able to be self-sufficient and progress activities with limited supervision.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and Presentation Abilities: Excellent analytical and presentation abilities.
- Project Management: Ability to support and coordinate multiple projects at the same time.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently, seeking help when needed, and creatively solving problems when help is not available.
