We are seeking a highly skilled Master Control and Learning Management System Specialist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Key Responsibilities- Develop high-quality training content for agents in all roles and processes, utilizing various media formats to ensure compatibility with Mastercontrol.
- Act as the CS Gatekeeper for Mastercontrol, responsible for uploading, archiving, and maintaining accurate document versions.
- Craft monthly assignment tasks in line with the agreed rollout plan, ensuring seamless execution.
- Liaise with resource planning to assign documents according to the training captured in the local skills matrix.
- Maintain Mastercontrol by adding or removing agents' job codes, roles, and training assignments, ensuring up-to-date information.
- Develop and maintain relevant e-learning materials in English and local languages, adhering to agreed software and style formats.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to maintain the LMS system (currently TFU), ensuring e-learning materials are up-to-date and training instructions are provided for agents and supervisors.
- Develop reports to track learning assignments completed or outstanding, adhering to country-specific restrictions and sharing progress with management teams.
- Support course development and maintenance, ensuring relevant materials are available for agents in KM Pro or as e-learning and uploaded in Mastercontrol.
- Work with Compliance teams to support audits, addressing audit findings and collaborating with local Operations or Process/Training teams to resolve issues.
- Contribute to the creation of Articles, FAQs, Decision trees, and quick links in KM Pro, adhering to style guidelines.
- Translate relevant materials into local languages as needed.
- Minimum 2 years of validated experience in a Customer Services environment.
- Ability to write clear training content on technical subjects.
- Presentation skills to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Experience in process improvement.
- Previous QMS experience, such as Mastercontrol.
- Proficient local language (dependent on recruitment location) and English.
- Positive, 'can-do' demeanor.
- Able to work independently with limited supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and presentation abilities.
- Ability to support and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable handling ambiguity and creatively solving problems.
