Key Responsibilities:- Content Development: Create engaging training content for customer service agents, utilizing various media formats such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, e-learning, and KM Pro.
- System Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our LMS and QMS systems, including uploading, archiving, and maintaining approved training materials.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance training efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain relevant reports to track learning assignments, completion rates, and compliance metrics, providing insights to management teams to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with compliance teams to support audits and implement corrective actions, and communicate effectively with agents, supervisors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless training and compliance.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service environment.
- Ability to write clear and concise training content on technical subjects.
- Presentation skills to engage diverse learning styles.
- Experience in process improvement and quality management.
- Proficiency in English and local language (dependent on recruitment location).
