About the Role

Copeland is seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and providing commercial and technical solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement: Qualify requests for quotation to ensure they meet the customers' application and operational needs.
  2. Quotation and Order Management: Ensure quotations are on time, technically accurate, and commercially verified, offering the best solution.
  3. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate sales orders within agreed delegation of authority.
  4. Technical Support: Provide advice on technical solutions and after-sales service to our customers.
  5. Communication: Communicate with manufacturing locations for queries regarding lead-time, specials, etc.
  6. Customer Meetings: Attend customer meetings, including site visits.
  7. Order Processing: Ensure that purchase orders are commercially accurate and complete before processing for order entry in accordance with relevant procedures.
About You

We are looking for a sales professional who can build strong relationships with our customers and provide them with tailored solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and developing and maintaining existing customer relationships.

Requirements
  1. Education: Engineering degree or comparable technical education.
  2. Experience: At least 2 years of sales/technical experience in the industrial market.
  3. Technical Skills: Strong PC user.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Sales Skills: Be an action-oriented, self-motivated, results-driven salesperson.
  6. Teamwork: Be a team player willing to work with other salespeople in the region and globally.
  7. Language Skills: Good command of the English language.
