We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Manager to lead our Inside Sales Team in EMEA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize sales processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales leadership experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong sales and marketing expertise, with a deep understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics.
