Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled FX Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the FX market. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating with existing merchants, building strong client relationships, and providing market insights to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate FX deals with existing merchants to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the Trader team to align on market strategies, pricing, and execution
  • Provide clients with market updates, trends, and forecasts to inform their business decisions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of FX transactions and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Manage and report on sales performance metrics to ensure transparency and accountability
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of local FX markets and ability to analyze market trends
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Excellent business development and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of cross-border payments and ability to provide market insights
  • Analytical and logical approach to problem-solving
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
