About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Sales Engineer to join our team at Copeland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our business, including products, solutions, and services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Actively promote and sell our business, including products, solutions, and services, to assigned customers.
  2. Opportunity Identification: Identify and qualify strategic project opportunities in all project phases, including pre-FEED phase.
  3. Project Pursuit Strategy: Develop the project pursuit strategy and teams to maximize chances of success.
  4. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about our technologies and products.
  5. Customer Development: Participate in customer development activities, such as presentations, trade shows, fairs, and conferences.
  6. Collaboration: Proactively collaborate and share relevant information with colleagues and other related teams.
  7. Qualification: Qualify other products and solutions where we are not considered to maximize the scope.
About You

You will be a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in sales and technical expertise. You will have a STEM degree or comparable technical education and at least years of relevant experience working with automation projects.

Requirements

  3. Language Proficiency: English and Spanish language proficiency (written/read/spoken).
