**Mission of the position**:
Your main mission will be to develop the B2B business by managing assigned accounts, as well as performing new recruitment in order to generate new business and increase existing business for the company's hotels.

You will be responsible for negotiating and closing business deals with recruitment and development companies. In addition, you will participate directly in the execution of the area's action plan, contributing to the achievement of the Meliá Pro budget for the region, promoting sales through the company's own channels (Meliapro & Call Center).

**What are we looking for?**
- Minimum experience of 1 year in a commercial position (experience in hotels is an asset).
- Training in Hospitality, Tourism, Communication, Marketing or similar.
- Master's Degree in Digital Marketing or similar.
- Previous experience in managing a client portfolio and a sales budget.
- Knowledge and contacts in the market.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing.
- High level of oral and written English.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Teamwork, service orientation, proactivity for excellence and communication and influence.
