**POSITION**:Business Development Manager

**OPERATING AREA**: Spain and LATAM market. Occasionally other international markets.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

To self-generate new business opportunities, close the deals and take care of the management and growth of those accounts. Support the business with its ambition to accelerate and grow Hangsen brands including our OEM division. Manage sales of the company’s products within a defined geographic area. Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues. Identify objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short and long-term sales.
- Maximise the sales of products
- Establish, maintaining and managing sales accounts and relationships
- Reach the targets and goals set for geographical area
- Increase business opportunities through various routes to market
- Design and implement new strategies to drive business growth in assigned sales market
- Participate in trade events and other marketing activities
- Analyse sales figures, reports accurately on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis on sales results, forecast, and pipeline
- Collect customer feedback and market research
- Coordinate with business development and marketing managers to drive growth and achieve all targets and for Operator, ODM and OEM channels
- Supervise and provide training to all sales personnel to achieve company profit generation targets
- Manage pricing, deal pricing and other sales proposal activities and provide support to support marketing department

**ESSENTIALS**
- 3-4 years of working experience in sales
- Sales experience in a vaping, electronic cigarettes will be an asset.
- Fluent English
- Experience in managing multiple accounts
- Ability to operate in fast growing market & handle the competition
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Positive, competitive, dynamic and results driven attitude
- Excellent communication and professional approach
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise
- Driver's License is a must.
