MBR Partners is currently supporting a global leader in Enterprise Conversational AI to find a sales leader for its European operation.
The client is headquartered in the USA and has just launched a major new technology that allows enterprises to deploy next-generation virtual agents using the latest Generative AI technologies. This technology has strong use cases in the contact center space.
The client already has substantial annual recurring revenue deals with some of Europe's largest enterprise clients including the continent's leading Telecoms and Finance Services companies. Their new product proposition and private equity financial backing means they can now scale up substantially.
We are therefore looking for a SAAS sales leader with knowledge of selling AI solutions in the Contact Center space. The person must initially be a hands-on player manager but the role will evolve as the business grows.
