SS&C Blue Prism is seeking a highly experienced VP Sales Leader to lead our sales efforts in Southern Europe. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships in the region.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base in Southern Europe.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to drive sales performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales processes and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure SS&C Blue Prism remains competitive in the market.

Requirements

  • Extensive sales leadership experience in Southern Europe, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong understanding of the software industry and experience selling complex solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and develop strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
