VP Southern Europe Sales Leader

SS&C Blue Prism is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven VP Sales to lead our sales efforts in Southern Europe. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and building strong relationships with our existing customers.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales leadership and experience in the software industry, with a strong understanding of the Southern Europe market. You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our company's overall business objectives, and for building and managing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base in Southern Europe.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with our existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
- Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support our sales strategy.
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to our leadership team, highlighting key trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Proven track record of sales leadership and experience in the software industry.
- Strong understanding of the Southern Europe market and its dynamics.
- Ability to develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
