Job Title: VP Southern Europe

SS&C Blue Prism is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven VP Southern Europe to lead our sales efforts in the region.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement sales processes and tools to drive sales productivity and customer engagement.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Extensive sales leadership experience in the software industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong technical acumen and experience leading sales organizations leveraging clients and selling multiple products across different platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and provide insights to drive business growth.
