About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Southern Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team in Southern Europe, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and developing tailored sales strategies to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in Southern Europe, including identifying new business opportunities and developing plans to pursue them.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Requirements
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in B2B sales and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical sales skills and knowledge of the energy sector, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to customers and stakeholders.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English, with additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian, or Arabic) a plus.
