SS&C Blue Prism is seeking a highly experienced VP Sales Leader to lead our sales efforts in Southern Europe. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships in the region.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base in Southern Europe.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to drive sales performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs, sales training, and sales process improvements.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, sales pipelines, and sales performance metrics.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling existing customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.

About You

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership positions.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Southern Europe market, including sales strategies, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop data-driven sales strategies.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and develop sales strategies to meet those needs.
