About the Role
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base in Southern Europe.
- Lead a high-performing sales team to drive sales performance and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs, sales training, and sales process improvements.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, sales pipelines, and sales performance metrics.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling existing customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
About You
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership positions.
- Extensive knowledge of the Southern Europe market, including sales strategies, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop data-driven sales strategies.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and develop sales strategies to meet those needs.
