Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven VP Southern Europe Sales Leader to lead our sales efforts in the region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Sales Performance
    • Drive sales performance and revenue growth in the region.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Customer Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
    • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee the sales operations function to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
    • Develop and implement sales processes and tools to drive sales performance.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience in the software industry.
    • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer base.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Education
