About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Southern Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth in Southern Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure our sales strategies remain effective and competitive.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.
  • Fluent English, with additional languages a plus (French, Spanish, Italian, or Arabic).
