Job Title: VP Sales Southern Europe Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and successful VP Sales Southern Europe Leader to join our team at Intaso. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of 4-5 sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building a repeatable sales playbook that impresses prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow the region
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Build a repeatable sales playbook that showcases our value proposition and differentiates us from competitors
  • Ensure our sales team has the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the market
  • Develop and manage the sales pipeline, identifying opportunities and closing deals

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in cybersecurity sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with C-Level executives
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to drive business decisions
  • Fluency in Spanish, Italian, and English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
