¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?Reportando al Director Regional, serás responsable de las ventas y el cumplimiento del plan de marketing de todas las marcas del portfolio.
- Referenciación de las marcas en Coctelerías/ Restauración/ Hoteles/ Hostelería Nocturna premium y Tiendas Especializadas.
- Venta de los productos y realización de pedidos transfer a los distribuidores correspondientes, asegurando la reposición de producto.
- Implantación de las herramientas de sell-in y sell-out de tu plan promocional.
- Negociación y cierre de acuerdos de volumen e imagen en la hostelería.
- Acompañamientos con los equipos de venta de nuestros distribuidores.
- Selección, negociación y coordinación del punto de venta para acciones/ activaciones del plan de marketing (activaciones y eventos en hostelería, acciones y presentaciones en licorerías, etc.), conforme a los criterios de selección establecidos por Marketing.
- Identificación de oportunidades de venta, notoriedad e imagen.
- Responsabilidad sobre el budget definido para el territorio de responsabilidad.
- Argumentario de venta de los productos y marcas, tanto en términos de calidad e intrínsecos de producto (interlocutor especializado), como argumentación de tipo comercial (negociación económica).
- Presentaciones y formaciones sobre nuestros productos a equipos de venta de distribuidores y a clientes (bartenders, personal tiendas especialistas, etc.).
- Ruta con Brand Owners en sus visitas al mercado.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Mínimo de 3-4 años de experiência en posición similar del área comercial en el sector de spirits, vinos o cervezas premium.
- Experiência como Field Marketing, Coordinador Eventos o similar, se valorará positivamente.
- Conocimiento sobre el mundo de los destilados/ coctelería.
- Competencias en el manejo de datos numéricos y uso de hojas de cálculo.
- Dotes comerciales: asertividad, empatía y determinación.
- Trabajo por objetivos. Persecución del resultado.
- Perfil dinámico y con alta resiliencia y capacidad de trabajo.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Nível inglés B2.
