**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with clients and in driving pipeline generation initiatives in the enterprise cybersecurity or IT field.
- Experience facilitating cybersecurity talks in front of audiences.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders from business and technical backgrounds by assessing customer pain points, crafting narratives, and collaborating on customer implementations.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in Spain.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience leading complex team-wide initiatives.
- Experience managing high-visibility communication effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience presenting to and facilitating conversations with enterprise customers at customer experience centers or similar.
- Experience delivering sales, product marketing, and/or technical marketing customer engagement initiatives at scale.
- Knowledge of market trends in cybersecurity and Google Cloud.
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple stakeholders.

As the Security Sales Acceleration Lead, you will develop and execute the global strategy and drive business execution for Cybersecurity clients. You will work on sales acceleration programs that are focused on growing our cybersecurity business by building and expanding relationships with new and existing customers, implementing go-to-market strategies and managing internal and external relationships effectively. You will partner with internal Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Sales teams to grow their security businesses and drive overall value for GCP.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and lead strategic programs to accelerate cybersecurity sales across EMEA.
- Work closely with sales specialists and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement go-to-market plans.
- Partner with the cloud space team to design, develop, and run a dedicated cybersecurity customer experience space.
- Work closely with account teams and clients to understand cybersecurity needs and develop campaigns to drive them as part of the cloud space program.- Inspire executives, technology influencers, and business decision makers alike by facilitating engaging conversations in executive briefings.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
