We're looking for a Dutch-speaking customer-facing Account Manager to execute the engagement and drive partner hand-off, provide initial face/voice to the customer, and drive sales.

Position: Account Manager

Location: On-site in Benalmadena, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonus.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Be the first contact point for many customers, deliver a strong first impression, cultivate and expand a portfolio of clients, leveraging your sales expertise
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to fulfill small and medium sized businesses needs of our client's leading cloud technologies
- Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers
- Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business: “Voice of customer.”

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Intermediate or fluent English (verbal and written), C1 or native Flemish (verbal and written) levels of languages
- 1-2 years of IT sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions would be an advantage
- Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps would be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written, and verbal business communication skills
- Achievement
