What you’ll do & Who you are

Estamos buscando a un/a Field Sales para aumentar nuestro equipo comercial de nuestro portal de Fotocasa y Habitaclia
- Tus funciones principales serán:_
- Gestionar una cartera de clientes existentes y desarrollar nuevos clientes con potencial de crecimiento.
- Ganarte la confianza del cliente, ofreciéndole conocimiento y teniendo la capacidad de cuestionar su actual forma de llevar los negocios, proponiendoles activamente alternativas y mejoras.
- Mantener buenas relaciones con personas clave con capacidad de decisión en el lado del cliente y establecer vínculos de confianza con todas ellas.
- Realizar las ventas de nuevos productos publicitarios en estrecha colaboración con los compañeros de otros departamentos.
- Tener la capacidad de entender el negocio del cliente, ver las oportunidades de crecimiento que tienen y formar parte de su desarrollo.
- Entender muy bien el mercado inmobiliario además de nuestros propios portales y productos/soluciones, así como el mercado publicitario.

- Si eres una persona curiosa, proactiva, te apasiona el mundo de la venta y además tienes:_
- Excepcional capacidad de relación con tus clientes: capacidad para establecer buena sintonía, ser capaz de detectar sus necesidades (incluso cuando el cliente aún no las conoce), facilidad para adaptarte al cliente, sea cual fuere su cargo o actitud.
- Capacidad de cuestionar al cliente, a tus compañeros y a la empresa. Atreverte a aplicar el pensamiento lateral y asumir riesgos. Tener un enfoque multicanal.
- Pensamiento estratégico, estructurado y orientado a los objetivos. Capacidad de atención y orientado a las soluciones.
- Nível alto de comprensión de los negocios de los clientes para asignarles productos que también apoyen la experiência del usuario.
- Nível alto de inglés
- Capacidad de liderazgo en el desarrollo de proyectos con nuestros clientes, relacionándote con muchas personas clave de la empresa, además de muchas personas clave del lado del cliente.
- Sentir pasión por los productos publicitarios y por el desarrollo de productos dirigidos a internet, así como ser un apasionado por el negocio (inmobiliaria) y por cerrar buenos acuerdos.
- Mente analítica, con una gran habilidad para entender y utilizar números.
- Trabajar bien en equipo. Conseguir los mejores resultados mediante el trabajo en equipo.
- Estar abierto a recibir comentarios constructivos de la dirección y de los compañeros y también aportarlos por tu parte, así como compartir tu conocimiento y experiência con los miembros del equipo.
- Un mínimo de 2 años de experiência como Account Manager o Field Sales, acostumbrado a la venta consultiva, haciendo visitas a clientes. Muy valorable si es en el mundo online.
- Disponibilidad para viajar esporádicamente.
- Carnet de conducir y vehículo propio.
