**Your responsabilities as Sales Account Manager**:

- Acquisition of new clients in the Spanish market, focusing on business development from scratch.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to demonstrate the value and benefits of ChainCargo's services.
- Develop and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements tailored to meet client requirements and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer support, to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other performance metrics set by the company.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales.
- Proven track record of success in business acquisition.
- Experience in Logistics (preferably Transportation).
- The ability to articulate complex concepts to clients.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Driving license B.
