Bilingual Personal Assistant

**Family Office, Madrid**:
Our client, a private Family Office is looking for a polite and experienced Bilingual Personal Assistant to assist with personal and business affairs. The selected individual will provide support from the Madrid based office.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Scheduling and rescheduling meetings, teleconferences and videoconferences across time zones & geographies
- Personal errands and special requests. Purchasing and sourcing items
- Inbox and correspondence management (outgoing and incoming). Responding on behalf, and redirecting information as necessary
- Tracking expenses and reconciliation of credit card statements
- Act as a key point of contact, redirecting information appropriately and on a timely basis
- Assisting with elements of household management including acting as emergency contact, liaising with domestic staff, utilities contracts, maintenance and repairs
- Maintaining an efficient filing and recording system for relevant personal information
- Proactively anticipate needs and action accordingly
- Receive visitors and ensure they are well looked after
- Purchases for wider team and office
- Act as key point of contact for office, scheduling maintenance, repairs and IT support (device set up, etc.) if needed
- Oversee office and ensure cleanliness and standards are upheld

Salary - Dependent on experience
