DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY PREVIOUS HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred.Proven 1-2 years of previous experience in medical administration or healthcare support roles is advantageous.Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of medical billing processes.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in computer applications and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.Proficient writing and spoken English (including top grammar skills), C1 or C2 level.Availability to work CST, EST and PT time (40 hours Monday to Friday).Key Responsibilities:Appointment scheduling, medication refills and general patient assistance.Maintain electronic health records (EHR) and ensure accuracy and completeness of patient information.Process patient registrations, insurance verifications, and billing inquiries.Coordinate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and other healthcare team members.Prepare and distribute medical correspondence, reports, and documentation.Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management.Uphold confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements in all aspects of job performance.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Flexible remote work schedule.Hourly Compensation: $5/hr for first 3 months and $6/hr after 3 months of probation (Above-average salary is between 800 - 100 USD per month, starting with 3000 PEN/per month).Training is available.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Meaningful work contributing to the improvement of healthcare delivery.Technical Requirements:Operating System: Windows 10 Pro or above at 32/64-bit.Genuine CPU: Intel Core i5 8th gen and above or AMD equivalent.Memory: at least 8GB RAM.Internet subscription/speed: At least 50 Mbps (DSL/Fiber only); LTE connection not accepted.Headset w/ mic (Recommended: Plantronics Audio 628 Stereo USB Headset).Webcam: HD 720p/1080p (Recommended: A4Tech PK-910H).External monitor screen, 17, 19 or 22 inch in size.#J-18808-Ljbffr
