**The Role**
We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team as a part-timer during the team’s afternoon shift, Monday to Friday, working primarily from our office in central Madrid.
As a Customer Care Representative, you are part of a team of friendly colleagues in an international environment. You will be responsible for providing our customers with a professional service, high availability and flexibility. You will work primarily towards B2C and B2B customers in the Spanish market.

- Actively work with onboarding of customers, customer loyalty and win-back
- Administration/Back office tasks
**Is this you?**
**Your background**
- Have previous work experience within sales and/or Customer Care
- You feel motivated by working with others towards common goals
- Written and oral fluency in English and Spanish. Spanish as a native language is preferred.
- Written and oral fluency in Catalan is preferred.
- The knowledge of Galician and Basque is a plus.
- Be available to work full time during afternoon hours, 12.30 to 21h.
- This role is based at the EasyPark office in Madrid, Spain._
