2xfast 2xmore, this is how patients should have their experience improved inside the health care system either with an early diagnosis either with a better therapy, that's why primary care and hospital care have been supported with additional efforts.
- PCN is a field-based role with the main objective to accelerate the patient journey from primary to specialty care in an area of responsibility. You will map and understands the local patient journeys in order to identify the key pain points that delay patients from appropriate care. The main pillars of focus are: leading customer experience mapping and patient journey initiatives in PC, working closely with Primary Care Physicians to provide the needed tools and training for better patient management, establishing the needed networks between primary care physicians (PCPs) and specialty physicians (SPs) securing the transition of care.-
**Your responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Customer Experience and Solution Design: plan, execute and iterate on a customer experience that is outcome orientated and based on customer preferences. - Design and implement solutions for customers with a sprint mentality focused on continuous learning, testing and scaling-up.- Analytics & Insights: gather, analyze and understand short and long-term insights applied to the wealth of patient & customer, clinical and market data which contributes to develop PJ solutions and improve customer engagement.
- Healthcare System Partnerships / Ecosystem: create meaningful and innovative relationships with multiple stakeholders within the Primary Care set-up based upon a deep understanding of the healthcare area objectives, structure and needs. Identify and execute commercial relationships that create new partnerships and meet customer expectations.
- Behavioral Science: build relations and drive conversations through patient impact-based communication to establish trust with customers. Behavioral science will underpin designing the customer journey, using emotions and patient-outcomes to influence and change behaviors/mindsets within customers in benefits of patients.
- Customer Value Management: The ability to plan and efficiently allocate resources by customer to maximize our impact and create long term value for patients, HCPs, HCS and Novartis.
- Business Agility: entrepreneurial capability to shape, anticipate and respond to customer needs collaborating across boundaries (internally & externally). Enhance business transformation by scaling-up solutions and sharing learnings to increase value for customers and Novartis.

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Knowledge and understanding of the pharma business environment, coming from direct experience in at least one of the following: Sales, innovation, marketing, access, etc.
- Experience and/or knowledge of the Spanish Healthcare System.
- Experience in project management (pharma marketing, consulting).
- Advanced knowledge in data base analysis software (Excel & DICE).
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
