**Description Overview**:
The **Central Sales** **Pricing & Revenue Growth Manager** (RGM) will drive profitable growth through making Revenue Growth Management a winning asset for the Commercial organization in order to optimize margin and/or reinvest into brand/customer building initiatives. The Central Sales RGM Manager will be responsible for ~12 Countries for making RGM a strong muscle of the organization and embed RGM into Perrigo business practices. This position will report to the **CSCI RGM Lead **and will work closely with the entire sales, finance, demand planning and strategy teams.
**Scope of the Role**:
Lead RGM planning process with direct contribution to Cluster 5 Year Strategy Plans and Annual LRP Sales & Margin expansion across the Cluster
- Lead RGM Managers across countries in execution and delivery of projects across priority activities
- Represent in quarterly RGM Performance review process with FP&A
- Drive improvements of RGM reporting on a European level by creation of reports and RGM automatization
**Experience Required**:
- 12+ years in revenue growth management/ promotions management sector in FMCG/ Consumer Health or Retail
- Relevant experience/ background includes Sales and Commercial roles, RGM Consulting in Delivery roles.
- Business-facing with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Practical use of analytics/ Power BI
