Mission Ensures that all services offered by the Department are fulfilled efficiently and according to the set standards, in order to achieve the final satisfaction of the customers, as well as of the hotels served. Manages, coordinates, and continuously trains the Guest Service Line team, as well as monitors and analyzes telephone service satisfaction, implementing action plans whenever necessary.
What will I have to do? Coordinate, supervise and support the management of all phone calls handled by Guest Service Line agents.

What are we looking for? Experience in a similar position of 1 year.
Preferably hotel experience.
University education in Tourism, social sciences, PR, or similar.
Proficiency in office package.
High level of English. A second language will be an asset.
Geographical availability is a plus.
Teamwork and leadership.
High customer and detail orientation.
Change management, innovation and organization.
Experience in team management.
