Job Summary
RMC Asia is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Relations Intern to join our team at multiple 5-star hotels by Marriott in Doha, Qatar. As a Guest Relations Intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and building strong relationships with our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Review arrival lists to welcome guests and provide personalized service
- Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and address their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, areas, and venues to enhance guest satisfaction
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers to ensure a seamless experience
- Address customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Record information in the logbook daily to maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Perform other related duties in the front office department as required
