Job Title: Guest Relations Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Supervisor to join our team at The Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our guests feel valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Assist with resolving guest complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with management to develop and implement new ideas and procedures to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on crafting exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with additional languages a plus.
