RMC Asia is seeking a Guest Relations Intern to join our team at a 5-star hotel in Hong Kong. As part of our Cultural Exchange Programs, this internship offers a unique opportunity for participants to gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Review arrival lists to welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Attend to special guests and answer their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and areas
  • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
  • Address customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Record information in the logbook daily and ensure compliance with health and quality standards
