Job Opportunity with RMC Asia
RMC Asia, a leading hospitality company, is seeking a Guest Relations Intern to join their team in Hong Kong. This role is part of RMC Asia's Cultural Exchange Programs, which offer a range of hospitality internships, management training, and contractual positions in leading hotels and resorts across Asia.
Program Overview
The Guest Relations Intern will be responsible for:
- Welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service
- Attending to special guests and addressing their inquiries
- Providing information about hotel services, amenities, and venues
- Anticipating guest needs and building rapport with customers
- Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues
- Recording information in the logbook daily
- Ensuring compliance with health and quality standards

Requirements
To be eligible for this role, candidates must:
- Be enrolled students in college or university
- Provide a mandatory college or university reference letter
- Have conversational English
- Be well-groomed and have a pleasant personality
- Have a clean criminal record and no history of drug abuse
- Have a minimum of 6 months passport validity
