Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our front office team as a Guest Relations Intern. As a Guest Relations Intern, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Review arrival lists to welcome guests and ensure a warm and personalized welcome.
- Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, areas, and venues to guests.
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Record information in the logbook daily to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards to maintain a safe and clean environment for guests.
- Perform other related duties in the front office department as required.
