Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Relations Coordinator to join our team at multiple 5-star hotels by Marriott in Doha, Qatar.
Responsibilities:
- Review arrival lists to welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, areas, and venues to guests.
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Record information in the logbook daily to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards in the front office department.
- Perform other related duties as required by the hotel management.
