Gain experience working in an international-scale hotel while exploring dynamic possibilities in Thailand. As a Guest Relations Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing arrival lists to welcome guests
- Attending to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answering their inquiries
- Providing information about hotel services, amenities, areas, and venues
- Anticipating guest needs and building rapport with customers
- Addressing customer complaints
- Recording information in the logbook daily
- Ensuring compliance with health and quality standards
- Performing other related duties in the front office department
