Job Title: Guest Service Line Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Line Coordinator to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all services offered by the Department are fulfilled efficiently and according to the set standards, in order to achieve the final satisfaction of the customers, as well as of the hotels served.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, supervise and support the management of all phone calls handled by Guest Service Line agents.
  • Manage, coordinate and continuously train the Guest Service Line team, as well as monitor and analyze phone service satisfaction, implementing action plans whenever necessary.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position of 1 year.
  • Preferably hotel experience.
  • University education in Tourism, social sciences, PR, or similar.
  • Proficiency in office package.
  • High level of English. A second language will be an asset.
  • Geographical availability is a plus.
  • Teamwork and leadership.
  • High customer and detail orientation.
  • Change management, innovation and organization.
  • Experience in team management.
