Job Description: As a Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind our B2B sales strategy. Your main responsibilities will include cold calling potential independent retailers, demonstrating the benefits of partnering with the company, building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and closing sales. You will be working in the vibrant Barcelona office and will play a crucial role in the company's ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities: Cold call potential independent retailers. Demonstrate the advantages of a business partnership with the company Identify key decision-makers and establish strong relationships. Understand client needs and effectively close sales on our B2B offers. What Were Looking For: Fluency in Dutch (C2 Level or Native) Good Knowledge of English (C1) Cold calling and sales experience (mandatory) Driver's license (mandatory) Live in Barcelona or near Charismatic with the ability to quickly engage people in conversation. Target-driven and loves meeting and exceeding goals. Resilient, embraces rejection, and quickly bounces back. A natural salesperson with the ability to influence and change minds.
