The role
We're seeking a Business Development Executive to cover a geographical territory including Murcia and Alicante in Southeastern Spain. The BDE is responsible for generating new and maintaining existing affiliate relationships with legal & estate agency firms. Your performance will be pivotal in driving our success, contributing to our organizational growth and offering ample opportunities for your professional development. You will be the driving force that energizes new and existing partner account, cultivating profitable, long-term relationships.
What You'll Do
Target new partners to generate referred customers for the Client Account Executive (CAE) team to register and then the dealing team to trade.
You will develop relationships with partner accounts to create sustainable, profitable relationships.
You will map out your territory and formulate a business development plan with the sales manager to achieve client conversion goals.
You will clearly communicate the partner benefits for all products and services, recording all information in our CRM (Salesforce)
What You'll Need
Previous experience in a field sales role with a proven track record of target achievement and delivering sales results.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
A sales orientated, commercial mindset
Fluency in English and Spanish
Valid driving licence
