Actualmente, estamos en búsqueda de Operations Manager
- Nuestro partner, una start-up, **con sede en Sant Cugat (Barcelona) cuenta con** **100 empleados** en poco más de 2 años, con presencia internacional y cuya aplicación, **con IA, ofrece distintas técnicas de marketing y growth,** con el objetivo de maximizar los beneficios a sus clientes (pymes)

**El Rol**:
Estamos buscando un **Revenue Ops Manager **cuya misión será garantizar la correcta ejecución de las operaciones que tengan un** impacto directo en la facturación, mediante la creación, optimización y supervisión de procesos y flujos de trabajo, así cómo la resolución de cuellos de botella que se generen.**

**¿Cuál será tu misión?**
- Garantizar la ejecución de las operaciones de las áreas y actividades que generan un impacto directo en la facturación, poniendo especial atención en Marketing y Ventas
- Crear, optimizar y supervisar procesos.
- Dar solución a cuellos de botella e incidencias técnicas (apoyado en el equipo de IT) que se generen en los equipos.
- Garantizar la correcta implementación de la jerarquía y estructura de la información a través de los distintos sistemas de trabajo.
- Gestionar la configuración y personalización de las distintas herramientas de trabajo (CRM, Gestor de proyectos, ERP, Gestión documental, etc.) para satisfacer las necesidades del negocio y asegurarse de que el sistema esté optimizado para la eficiencia operativa.
- Trabajar junto al equipo de Data para disponer de paneles de métricas que permitan el control y seguimiento diarios de los principales KPIs.
- Trabajar con el equipo de IT para garantizar el correcto desarrollo de implementaciones entre sistemas y herramientas internas.
- Dar formación y soporte a los equipos sobre las herramientas de trabajo.
- Trabajar con los equipos para identificar e implementar mejoras en la productividad de los equipos en los sistemas.
- Identificar y recomendar nuevas herramientas y tecnologías que puedan mejorar la eficiencia y el rendimiento del equipo.
- Reportar directamente al COO sobre los avances y progreso realizado.

**Qué necesitamos**:

- Al menos dos años de experiência previa como **Operations Revenue Manager, Revenue Strategy Manager, Business operations Manager, o similar.**:

- **Experiência principal focalizada **en gestionar y optimizar los ingresos generados por las operaciones de una empresa. (ideal B2B, SaaS o similar)**:

- **Necesitaremos a haya participado en empresas / proyectos que hayan crecido de forma exponencial.** Se valora positivamente experiência internacional.
- Experiência demostrable en la implementación, mantenimiento y mejora de distintas herramientas principalmente**:CRM, ERP y herramientas de gestión de proyectos.**:

- Conocimiento técnico en herramientas de software de gestión de proyectos, como **Hubspot**, Salesforce, **PowerBI**, ClickUp, Asana, Holded, entre otros.
- Titulación **Universitaria en Informática, Ingeniería, Sistemas de Información o similares.**
