Global Revenue Operations Project Manager

Job Description:
The Revenue Operations mandate in 2024 is to elevate Go-To-Market operational excellence, help scale the business with tools & processes, and empower the business with a high degree of business partnering and enablement.
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Project Manager to join our team who will work cross-functionally on initiatives that align Sales and Customer Success operations and help Docplanner's Go-To-Market strategy be operationalized with excellence, alignment, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects aimed at improving revenue operations processes, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies across global revenue operations and implement best practices.
- Analyze revenue operations data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data to support decision-making and project initiatives.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and integration of revenue operations projects.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of revenue operations systems and tools.
- Ensure these systems support global operations and are utilized effectively.
- Develop and deliver regular project updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to global teams on new processes, tools, and systems implemented as part of revenue operations projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and leading complex projects in a global environment.
- Strong understanding of revenue operations processes and best practices.
- Previous experience and know-how of Salesforce is a huge plus.
