About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Manager - Eduqa to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in aligning sales, marketing, and key account management functions to drive revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize the entire revenue cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and customer retention, ensuring seamless end-to-end processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Key Account Management teams to ensure a cohesive approach to revenue generation and customer experience.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve processes across the revenue cycle, ensuring scalability and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and manage tools and resources to support the sales team, including CRM systems, sales collateral, and communication platforms.
  • Create and maintain detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, revenue generation, and customer churn.
  • Partner with Finance and Sales teams to develop accurate revenue forecasts based on historical data, pipeline metrics, and market trends.
