Nos encontramos en pleno proceso de expansión y por ello actualmente buscamos un/a Revenue Manager con Experiencia en Sector Hotelero que se incorpore a nuestro equipo.
Funciones
· Carga, mantenimiento y distribución de tarifas en sistemas y canales.
· Monitorización y análisis de patrones de demanda y resultados de las estrategias.
· Análisis de ventas y elaboración/implementación de estrategias
· Actualización de precios y restricciones por tipo de habitación/apartamento y tarifa en los diferentes sistemas/canales de venta.
· Actualización de contenido en sistemas incluyendo pero no limitado a PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, GDS y OTAs.
· Elaboración de informes diarios/semanales/mensuales y ADHOC.
· Elaboración de forecast semanal.
· Soporte a la elaboración de Business Plan
· Optimización de ingresos de Cluster de propiedades asignadas
· Soporte y formación a equipos de Front y Reservas para optimizar procesos de Revenue Management.
Requisitos
· Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en el área del Revenue Management.
· Formación académica especializada en empresa y/o turismo.
· Alta capacidad analítica enfocada a resultados
· Excelentes habilidades ofimáticas.
· Excelente nivel de Excel.
· Conocimientos de Business Intelligence, Big Data, Channel managers, Motor de reservas, Rate Shopper, RMS, PMS.
· Excelente nivel de inglés (hablado y escrito).
· Motivación por el crecimiento y desarrollo profesional.
· Habilidades argumentativas, creativas y comunicativas.
· Pasión por el trabajo en equipo.
· Persona resolutiva, con iniciativa y orientada al detalle
