**Job Summary**

Accor Hotels is seeking a highly skilled Junior Revenue Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing revenue for our four hotels: NOVOTEL MADRID CAMPO DE LAS NACIONES, PULLMAN MADRID AIRPORT & FERIA, and NOVOTEL & IBIS STYLES MADRID CITY LAS VENTAS.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Pricing and Revenue Management: Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue, aligning with brand policy, competition, and company financial objectives.
  • Revenue Growth: Analyze hotel performance using revenue management systems to support strategic decision-making and drive revenue growth.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Provide dynamic forecasts to support the preparation of the annual revenue budget and manage the monthly forecast process.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with various departments, including reservations, reception, commercial, F&B, and management, to ensure consistent implementation of defined strategies and policies.

**Requirements**

  • Education and Experience: Master's degree in Revenue Management for hotels, with experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Excel, and fluency in Spanish and English.
